Hello 2017!

        Dear Blog, its been a long time! Three years to be exact... I’ve been thinking of going back to blogging for some time now but I never seem to have the time. I had all the excuses: busy at work, busy with the biz, meet up with friends but truth is I was just plain lazy and didn’t push myself to actually start AGAIN. 

      2017 is the year of weirdness though. And in line with that I oddly gave myself the necessary push to make just one teeny weeny entry. I thought to myself that it would be a great new year’s resolution to be more productive and bring the blog back to life. So with so much further ado… Join me with my ramblings, travel and definition of normalcy. A few years older and quite a lot of stuff gone by since but then again we will have enough time to cover all that. 
 This gonna be a great year!!! (PS. I can't believe its already the second month of the year!)

Have you ever wondered how you look in another person's eyes? . Its strange but I guess we will never know.. . One of my fave past times is people watching. I share that enthusiasm with my sister. We can stay and people watch all day. . What they say may indeed be true "we are all voyeurs" in one way or another. . Its rather entertaining observing strangers from afar. Being candid, unaware. They show their true selves. .. Even in photographs, I like the candid ones. The "real" candid photos, not the I'll-pose-but-make-it-look-candid pictures that you see everywhere. . I happen to come across some of my pics, taken unbeknownst. . Looking at these shots, I realized a few thing about myself: I have a penchant for touching my face. A seemingly usual Tuesday

I went ice skating yesterday!!! After more than 10 years of sabbatical, i had a sudden urge to do it again...I dont know why or what got into me, probably the desperation of wanting to do something during my weeklong rest... Off we went to Mall of Asia, psyching ourselves and praying not to get humiliated.. It was a tuesday, so good coz there were not that many people in the mall. Lesser number of eyewitnesses seeing us at our clumsiest hahaha... Of course we had to fill our stomachs first.. A weird theory of "fuller stomach, thicker skins" which simply translates the more satisfied you are with your tumtum the lesser you notice the stupid/embarassing thing you do :) So, we head off to choose where to eat and it was quite easy coz I was hungry I chose the first resto that caught my attention...Aristocrat! This year is MY YEAR!!! This year I will TRAVEL as much as I can... Learn new things... Meet new people... Be a better person...Live life the way I want it... Fulfill the things I want done...Acquire things I want bought... Love life for what it is and not for what I imagine it to be... Appreciate the little things... Laugh out loud... Cry if I feel like it... Speak Out... Be my own person... Lend a helping hand... Hold my tongue... Reach out to those who matter... Learn the art of modesty and humble spirit...
